At Okanagan T-Shirt Company, we take pride in our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, we are here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds and replacements are available if the products are unused and unwashed, except for cases where the ink or print comes off after the first wash due to processing issues.

Inspection Period:

  • Please inspect your products within 14 days of receipt and report any issues promptly.
